I used Tana a few years ago when it was first launched. I liked it and had a whole, if rather complicated, setup going. At the point where subscriptions came in, it was more expensive than I could justify and I migrated elsewhere. But a recent rediscovery of Tana has led me back down the rabbit hole where I discovered that it's not as expensive any more (not sure if the price has been reduced) and is a good option if you want to use AI.
I binned my old Workspace and started from scratch. I knew enough to get up and running quickly and, although it has evolved, the principles remain the same. I've kept things as simple as possible as it's too easy to get mired in the constant tweaking instead of the doing.
It's already proved massively useful in transcribing some workshop flip charts. I've also shared these privately using Tana Publish.
The mobile app has improved too and I can see my daily lists, as well as add items.
